Position: Officer Level

• Master's Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized university with First division or CGPA 3.00 out of 4. The candidate should possess minimum 2 years relevant work experience in Merchant Banking in Nepal and also requires through knowledge of the overall merchant banking business of Nepal with hands on experience of managing DMAT, RTS/RTA, Issue Management and underwriting, should have good knowledge of Securities Laws of Nepal along with ability to maintain good relationship with regulators.Age should not exceed 35 years.
