> Master Degree in Management
> Minimum 5 years experience in credit department in Banks/Financial Institutions
> Ability to check credit histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending.
> Have a good judgment, sound business sense high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
> Ability to lead and motivate a team.
> Have a confident and assertive manner
> Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
> Age not exceeding 35 years.
Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge of office applications.
