Aashadeep-Nepal (Maryknoll Nepal) a NGO dedicated to mental
health is a pioneer mental health organization with a residential
treatment facility in Nayapati on the way to Sundarijal, Kathmandu.

Job title :Executive Director

Key responsibilities:The ED has an overall responsibility for planning and executing the vision, goals and objectives of the institution, provide oversight for effective delivery of all of its activities.

The role includes personal and financial management, preparing reports, writing proposals in coordination with board, government and donor agencies, manage M&E of staff, programmes.

Qualifications and experience:

• Master's degree or it equivalent in social science health related subjects/public health or business management.
• At least 5yrs of working experience with I/NGOs or government institutions especially in the field of health are preferable.
• Good computer skills and communication, management skills are must.

Contract term:
The position will be of a contract term of two years with provision for renewal. There will be a probation period for the first six months after starting.
