Experience in .NET programming for more than 6 years.
Have the experience on leading the team for more than 3 years.
Must have good experience in C# .Net, HTML / CSS / JQuery / AJAX, XML
Must have Unit testing knowledge -MSTest / Nunit and have worked on SQL Database
Knowledge of ORM/ NHibernate/ LinQ (Ember.js, SVN , GIT, QC , Bamboo, MVC will be preferred
Knowledge on Agile Process will be an advantage
Very good on communication skill, shown the leadership capability, able to manage the team of more than 6 people, is able to solve the problem and can work on stress.
