  • The candidate for this job position is responsible for the fulfillment of the Bank’s objective along with a positive attitude, desire to learn, motivate the team towards the healthy functioning of the Bank.

  • The candidates shall be responsible to actively search, creatively design and implement robust mechanisms to enrich the experience of the Human Resource of the Bank.

  • The candidates should have an ability to plan, develop, evaluate and implement the excellence standards to ensure the employee delight and experience of Human Resources to an excellent level and should have sound knowledge of national and international best practices of HR policies and procedures while having a quality of analytical thinking and proactive approach to work in motivating and creative environment.

Job Specification

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Manager

  • Proven experience with an excellent track record in leading, managing, and inspiring a team of dynamic professionals.

  • At least 5 years of banking-related experience in domestic/international banks or in related fields having completed Master's Degree and for Bachelor's Degree candidate must have 10 years of experience in banking or related field.

  • Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management/IT-Management, Engineering/ Computer Science or related field.

  • Age not below 25 and not exceeding 50 years as of March 03, 2021.

Eligibility Criteria for Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer

  • Preferably Master's Degree but not less than Bachelor's Degree in Management/IT-Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

  • At least five years of banking experience or in a related field.

  • Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as of March 03, 2021.
