MBA or equivalent with 5-7 yrs in hospitality industry
Develop& generate business from all markets segments to ensure the necessary advance bookings needed for a successful operation of the hotel,
Direct the sales technique efforts of the sales staff through powerful oral & written communication while overseeing rate, date, space commitments for group rooms, sales within the hotel
Ensure training programs are conducted regularly & meet hotel standards
Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication & recommend discipline & / or termination when appropriate.
