Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

The Division is headed by a Chief of Planning and Operations Division (CPOD). H/She will be responsible for the management, monitoring and evaluation of overall schemes progress and also responsible of program issues, overseeing the performance of the individual Portfolio Managers and Service Agencies (SAs) and Support Organizations (SOs) working in the scheme areas, ensuring the effective delivery of the Functions and Task of POD, monitoring, supervision and oversee the Regional Managers and Portfolio Managers. H/She will be responsible for reporting to DED and will be liable to him and through him to ED.

Academic Qualification

Master degree in social science or commerce or management or civil engineering background from a recognized University.

Work Experience: 

S/he must have at least 5 (five) years work experience relevant to the assignment of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Programs or rural development including at least 2 (two) years work experience in projects with demand led participatory approaches.
