We are seeking a results-driven, highly professional and experienced candidate to fill up the position of Chief- Human Resource and Administration.

Job Specification:

  • Lead, direct and manage the day-to-day Human Resources and Administrative activities.
  • Develop, implement and ensure creative application of HR policy and administrative systems.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies, legal standards and ensure smooth flow of information.
  • Provide advisory and support services to line managers in administering staff policies, disciplinary issues, conflict resolution, grievance handling, and other people management matters.
  • Facilitate recruitment, training needs assessment; organize and coordinate training and capacity building programs for staff.
  • Develop staffing strategies and implementation plans and programs to identify talent within and outside the organization.
  • Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
  • Planning and coordinating organization's events and programs.
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks.
  • Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
Job Specification

Job Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in human resources or related discipline.
  • Proven working experience of at least 5 years in a senior managerial position in HR and Administration or relevant experience in bureaucratic management.
  • Exposure to various organizational cultures (not-for-profit, private, public)
  • In-depth knowledge of Nepal labor law and other prevailing law.
  • Ability to define problems, establish facts, analyze situations and make decisions.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluent in Nepali and English; both written and spoken.
  • Experience in conflict resolution.
