Job Description

Restaurant Manager (Male/Female)

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor in Hotel Management
  • Past experience preferred
  • Able to handle all restaurant related work like account, logistic, customer service etc.
  • Excellent in written and spoken Nepali and English
  • Good communication skill
  • excellent interpersonal skills for diplomatically handling staff and customers
  • Ability to cope under pressure, since restaurant management can be challenging
  • good business awareness for achieving successful performance
  • good cooperation skills - the ability to both work in and lead a team
  • strong planning and organizational skills to run a streamlined operation
  • the ability to work independently and make decisions confidently
  • Problem-solving ability, to resolve issues as they arise.
