Rajdhani Interstate Transport Company- a PIONEER in the transport industry since 45 years is looking for experienced candidates to expand our company's operations till Nepal. Currently our company has offices in 150+ locations in India. We are looking to cater the customers in Nepal requiring road logistics(part or Full truck load) from India.
As a country head, the candidate must submit a whole report to start our business opeartions in Nepal. That means he needs to initiate the whole plan, means which cities to open, which clients in each city and development of the work in each city.
Job Specification
Job Requirements:
The candidate must have good experience in the parcel transport industry.
A local of Nepal would be preferable.
Should have worked in the logistics sector- parcel/full load transport company.
Candidate must have worked as a marketing/sales executive in the previous companies.
Job responsibilities :
As a country Manager you will have to build from scratch. That means you need to build & submit a whole plan/project as to which branches to open in Nepal. The selection of branches should be on the basis of which stations have maximum consumption of Indian goods like cloth, hardware, medicines, FMCG etc.
Develop plan for each branch opening in the country, from why to open, estimated delivery, key markets, major clients/agents list, Godown & staff details.
Responsible for the development of the branches, from opening to develop the major clients in that branch for both part load & full load services.
Provide the necessary staff for all important verticals like marketing executives, loading staff and back-end executives for the branch.
Responsible for maintaining the branch's minimum delivery.
Responsible for overseeing the branch working.
Directly report to the senior management about the working of branches opened.
Develop new business prospects so that future new business development is planned well in advance.
Discuss new openings with senior management and work to expand further.
Review the working of the branches opened.
Be able to identify & target big clients himself.
