1. +3 years experiences in Contract management.
2. Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Engineering or relevant fields.
3. Free of charge Accommodation, Catering and recreational facilities are provided at site camp.

Your main duties will be to:
1. Maintain strict confidentiality and ethics on all contractual matters.
2. Review work/service scopes of the Works or Changes.
3. Ensure that contract strategies, tenders, contracts and variations are in full compliance with Policies and Procedures.
4. Ensure coverage of risks assessment under the Contract.
5. Ensure compliancee with contract procedures and support project execution procedures.
6. Review various contract administration and contract management procedures to ensure compliance, where applicable, with contract policy and procedures, Maintain the goal of zero claims by counter Parties and employ dispute avoidance techniques.
7. Claims and Risks management, evaluate all claims raised and advise the admissibility or otherwise of the same.
8. Review the existing process of claims managements and dispute resolution, and develop them for enhanced efficiency, productivity and control, provide advice on appropriate claims minimization strategies.
9. Participate in potential dispute defusing scenarious and in negotiating/drafting agreement.
10. Evaluate claims and extensino of Times issues - loss and expense claim from the Employer and advise the management.
1. You will have been exposed to different cultures, backgrounds and environments with strong leadership and have the ability to take action with common sense.
2. you will need excellent communication and presentation skills both in Writen and Verbal English.
