- Greeting and welcoming visitors and direct them to appropriate person and office.
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
- Receive, Sort and Forward mails /deliveries to concerned department and recipients.
- Answering the basic queries of visitors and customers accurately, clearly and timely in-person, through phone and via emails.
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
- Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, documentation management, couriers,etc
- Any other work as assigned by the management.
- Good Command over English & Nepali Language. Knowledge of Newari language shall be additional advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Applications like word, excel etc.
- Able to work in a team as well as individually.
- Multitasking with ability to prioritize tasks.
- Well conversed with the Internet and Social Media and be able to apply creativity to work.
