Your responsibilities may include
- Customer Service
- Lead Generation through cold and warm calls
- Market Research to determine potential clients
- Client Relationship Management through follow up calls and emailing
- Build and maintain a customer database
- Social Media Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Website Management & Updating
- Bookkeeping and payroll management
- IT Support
- Administration & Reporting

We are looking to recruit several talented Virtual Assistants who can help our clients in the areas of administration, sales, customer relationship management, social media marketing, and bookkeeping.
You will be working in our Kathmandu office or from the comfort of your home. You will be provided with the necessary training and resources to help you become productive ASAP. You will work in partnership with your supervisor based in Australia, who will act as your mentor for mutual success.

Job Specification
To be successful in the role, you must have
- A “go-getter” attitude who does not take “no” for an answer
- Confidence and intelligence required to work with executive decision makers
- At least a year’s experience in an administrative support role
- Proven track record in meeting given targets with desire to succeed
- The ability to use a CRM, Word, Excel, Outlook, LinkedIn and communicate effectively via emails
- Exceptional phone manner, time management & organizational skills
- Sound knowledge of bookkeeping principles, graphic design skills, social media marketing skills, and IT support skills are highly advantageous
- Outstanding spoken and written English
- A degree in business or information technology is preferred
