To assist to map out training plans, design and develop training programs for all Department and Branches.
To accept education principles and track new training methods and techniques.
To search for Venue, Logistics and other information required for conducting Training sessions.
To conduct orientation and Induction programs for newly hired staffs.
To provide training for employees if required.
To maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
To manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
To perform any other relating duties assigned by Supervisor.
