Receive / meet guest from airport / hotel and coordinate tour / trekking / accommodation
Ready to work on any hours & holidays as well
The candidate shall be able to design flexible tour packages / itineraries / with costing
Answering guest queries and offering help with any problems that arise
Reporting and maintaining records of trip / feedback / notify of any changes required
Candidate must be fluent in written & spoken English, Additional language will be highly desired (E.g. Spanish)
Bachelor's Degree in Travel and Tourism Management or relevant field / BBS / BBA / BTTM / BHM
Able to generate itineraries of inbound and outbound tour / trekking
Prepare all the documents and permits required for trekking
Possess adequate managerial and communication skills with clients/foreign group to convince & solve any problems tactfully & assure the clients gets the best service
Should be possess positive attitude, Smart, Energetic with polite personality, good corresponding skill
Should be able to work under pressure and able to handle any situation with patience and best result oriented
Knowledge of Additional language will be an advantage.
Administration tasks handling, marketing and public relations in hotels, trekking and travel agencies.
Experience not required, working in Travel and Trekking Company will be given priority
Willingness to travel different part of country if needed
Able to create attractive tour packages and give Flyers and banners ideas to Graphic Designer
