We, KIS have the perfect job for you as a Kitchen Equipment Technician at the government, Kathmandu.
Scope
As a Kitchen Equipment Technician you will provide services for an Annual Maintenance Contract and repairs to kitchen equipment for the food & beverage outlets and perform preventative and reactive maintenance.
Our Technicians repair and maintain commercial kitchen appliances and refrigeration equipment. Typical cooking equipment (gas, steam, and electric) examples: dishwashing equipment, ranges, steamers, and combi-ovens and more. Typical refrigeration equipment includes: display cases, walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, chillers, and ice machines. This position services hot as well as cold commercial food equipment.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in a hotel/resort or directly related industrial or facility maintenance.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Certification/License:
Certifications in two or more Facility Engineering disciplines and proficiency in all other aspects of Facility maintenance, as directed by management.
