Make sure everything is in Oder in store before opening counter.
-
Assign cashier in counter and confirmed cash in counter is ok from every aspect.

Check out facing, Price tagging, expiry, damages,filling racks with products
-
Place order (ITEMS IN GROCERY SECTION) to back store if stock is low or out of stock
-
Follow up stock order and be satisfied from response received by staff of back store.

Keep always store, rack, gondola, counter, products clean.

Assign floor staff in daily job as per first priority.

Do daily cash settlement properly on own duty roster.
-
Make sure NO CASH SHORT/EXCESS. IF THERE IS SHORT- get them FINE immediately.

If unable to get fine them; supervisor is liable to bear losses. MM

Prepare staff duty roster and get approved from management.
-
Mobilize subordinate according to company policy.
-
Keep record or report daily about floor activities to Sr. Manager before leaving for home or next day in first hour.it is mandatory.

Be updated and make updated cashier, floor staffs about company policy, promotional scheme, new product, price updated, etc.

Check staff uniform, hair, shoes, ID Card. Cleanness, etc.
