Maintain and update records of inventory in the warehouse
Control inventory level by conducting physical counts, reconciling with the book counts
Plan and organize materials and items at proper places in a go-down
Re-sort the inventory report to look for any unusual information
Prepare final item count list and train staff on the procedure
Create, plan and implement accuracy in inventory controls.
Implement safety procedures and standards in go-down.
Responsible for arranging, preserving, recording and issuing the goods.
Responsible for keeping the documentary records of all items in the ledger and report the same to concerned higher authority
Issue materials/goods according to the requirement
Issue Challan and Invoices to the parties
Keep a record of receipt and issue of goods.
Supervise the duty of staff under his control.
Perform stock-related duties, including packing, returning etc.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies, report those to account for reimbursements and record keeping.
Suggest new ideas to improve work area, procedures and systems
