Job Description

  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager;
  • Setting out sites and organizing facilities;
  • Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly;
  • Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork;
  • Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials used in the project;
  • Ensure that the construction activities are carried out according to the plans, designs and drawings and ascertain accuracy of the qualities, quantities and proportions of the construction materials are precisely maintained;
  • Ensure that all materials used and works performed are in accordance with the specifications indicated in the contract document;

Job Specification

Diploma in Engineering.

At least 1 year experience in related field.
