1. Call registration, call received from customer / dealer/ project ( ABCD)
2. Service calls Allocation, Follow-up & Closure@ 100%
3. Keep in touch with customer for pending calls
4. WCN Entry & proactive call generation

Job Specification

1. Computer skills: MS-Word, MS-Excel, Email, Internet 
2. Excellent customer service skill, verbal and written in Nepali and English
3. Should be willing to work in any responsibility and under pressure.
