● Analyze software requirements and provide solutions. Perform analysis, design, coding,
testing, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions.
● Design and develop efficient application logic in Ruby, Rails framework. Extending and
maintaining JSON and APIs.
● Assist with the integration of data storage solution such as PostgreSQL/MySQL and
Redis Design robust, scalable and secure features.
● Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems Contribute in all
phases of the development life-cycle Help maintain code quality, organization and
automatization
● Meetings and communication with the team located in multiple countries, collaborate
with them. Recommend solutions and implementations.
Must be highly organized and capable of working under pressure and in tight deadlines
Passion for writing great, simple, clean, and efficient code (and tests to go with it!)
Collaborate on all aspects of application design and development.
● Make suggestions, ask questions and be able to push the limits of the team.
● Building complex system, architecture, AWS and various services, deployment and
deployment tools, testing and testing tools (RSpec, BDD, TDD, and units tests).
● Proven experience building highly scalable RESTful APIs and distributed systems
● Excellent written and oral communication skills, Good knowledge of object-oriented
design and patterns, Expertise in relational databases and database architecture,
● Have open mindset for different technologies and tools. i.e., blockchain, Ruby, ROR,
Javascript, React, GO, AI, ML, python and able to contribute when needed.
● Knowledge and experience of AWS and other services, DevOPS, serverless
Programming is a huge Plus
● Full stack developer is preferable, should be able to contribute in frontend as well
as backend.
