Job Description

  • Preparing standard letters for bank, insurance and government.
  • Preparing Standard Expenses File

    • Preparing and maintaining standard files of various kinds of LC, DAP and TT document

    • Preparing and maintaining standard files of CCU to Raxual/ Hetauda/ Birjung/ Kathmandu transportation and clearing charges

    • Preparing and maintaining standard files of all Insurance premiums

  • Negotiating rates with insurance and transportation companies to reduce premiums and rates.
  • Maintaining stock declaration of insurance files of all the companies and performing regular reconciliation for excess premiums

Job Specification

  • At least 7-10 years of experience L/C Related Transactions and 5 years of experience in Insurance Handling
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office, Email and Internet

  • Good communication skills

  • Fluent in both Nepali and English
