Job Description
Shaurya Cement, an integrated cement plant located at Mirchaiya, Siraha invites applications from highly motivated, competent and performance-oriented professionals for the following posts.
Position Based: Lazimpat and Katari
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Manage and check the monthly preparation of salary sheet, ensure staff payment and government reports are made in an accurate and timely manner
Ensure submission of scheduled returns and deposit of tax relating to income tax, VAT, Service Tax etc
Prepare financial year end schedules, including debtors and creditors, and ensure all accounting requirements, up to and including trial balance, are complete
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Secures financial information by completing data base backup
Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements
Negotiation and Preparation of Letter of Credit.
Job Specification
Bachelors degree in management
Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
Good knowledge of Accounting Software Tally/Fact
Knowledge of accounting principles, procedure like book keeping, purchase reconciliation, tax, vat etc.
Ability of troubleshoot and deliver detailed instruction to the relevant team
