The Candidate will be responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Inventory Management and also Supervise the whole Accounting Work and Team.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:-
Month and Year end-year process
Accounts payable/receivable
Cash receipts
General ledger
Payroll and utilities
Treasury, budgeting
Cash forecasting
Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
Capital assets reconciliations
Trust account statement reconciliations
Debt activity
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Coordinate and complete annual audits.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Meet financial accounting objectives.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related field.
At least 3 -5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent Communication, Problem-solving, and Time management skills.
Must have good knowledge Accounting Software - Swastika-Gold.
Excellent Knowledge in Computer Software like MS-Office specially MS-Excel.
Experience in Trading Sector will be prioritize.
