• Will be responsible for identification of new market and new marketing ideas
• Will be responsible to develop and executed new sales schemes and tactics
• Will be responsible for market intelligence
• Will be responsible for sales and market analysis
• Will be responsible for analyzing marketing gap
• Cooperate with existing dealers and periodically set up the dealer motivation workshop
• Initiate for Branding and effective and identifying the effective  tool for the marketing
• Will set up sales target and deadline etc.

Required :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management
• At least 2-4 years in Manufacturing Industry ( Plastic industry will be highly preferred)
• Outgoing personality
• Should be self starter and extrovert in nature
• Good communicator & reporter
• Ready to accept the challenges
• Should have good communication
• Must possess valid 2/4 wheelers driving license
