Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with them
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
Promote the company’s products by addressing the client’s objectives
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Develop strategies for more effective sale, both individually and as a part of the team
Build long term relationships with existing and new customers
Find new sales leads and ensure a smooth sales process
Constant Follow up with past customers and cross-selling products.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences for representing the company’s brand.
Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaints or objections
Work actively to achieve monthly sales and revenue target as set by the company.
Job Specification
Strong drive to learn and perform with a can-do attitude
Willing to take a proactive approach
Must possess two-wheeler and a valid driving license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Email/Internet
Experience in Lubricant and Automobile Sector will be an added advantage.
