Job Description

• Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.
• Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs.
• Developing field sales action plans.
• Lead sales team and coordinate with work team.

Job Specification

• Bachelor or Masters level education from Universities recognized by Tribhuwan University.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in business organization.
• Superior Written and Verbal Communication Skills in both English and Nepali medium.
• Product Knowledge, Creativity, Demonstrated Experience, Courteous, Basic Computer Literacy, Microsoft Office,
• Target Market Analysis
• Excellent Presentation Skills, Persistent, Flexible
• Should possess two wheeler license.
