The Tiger Tops Group, Nepal's first tour operator and leader in wildlife tourism in Nepal, announces a vacancy for the position of Sales and Correspondence Officer. As Sales and Correspondence Officer and part of our sales team, it is your job to help us achieve our goals, by serving as a point of contact for our clients. Your main job will be to contribute to high quality customer service, to achieve sales targets, and to provide complete and appropriate solutions for every client.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
• Process inquiries via email or phone
• Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Liaise with the Operations Department to ensure timely planning of guest movements
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Develop monthly sales reports
• Communicate important feedback from customers internally
• Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Minimum Qualifications:
• Excellent written and spoken English and Nepali
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the tourism industry
• Bachelor degree in Business Studies or related subject
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
