Handle telephone calls and transferring it to concerned employee/department.
Greet visitors, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs; in case of any customer complains to inform it to customer service.
Go through the newspaper ads daily and collect the ads of Orbit International as well as collect the ads of competitors selling similar products.
Prepare call sheet with all the details of callers who enquires about the products through ads and prepare report periodically for the same.
File documents such as dealers’ approval, money receipt, price list of products, ads of Beko and ads of other competitors in appropriate files.
Prepare weekly report about the feedback and/or complaints of customers.
Update telephone numbers and intercom numbers of the staffs and distribute print out to all the staffs.
Manage the products kept in the office showroom with constant update of price sticker that are pasted in products.
Update all departments in case of any changes in product prices.
Handle the customers that come to visit the office for products.
Type the documents and letters, Receive/ Send courier documents as per requirements.
Handle administrative works as per requirements.
Check the emails daily for any new emails.
Should have already work in related field
Fluent in both English and Nepali
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Should have a good knowledge of Internet and email
Should be good in Nepali as well as English typing
Capable of handling multi-task
