The receptionist shall greet, welcome, and direct all visitors as well as notify other relevant personnel(s) of visitor arrival.
S/he shall inform visitors by answering or referring their inquiries, as well as maintain security by following organizational procedures, monitoring the logbook, and other similar activities
Proficient in Nepali and English typing and able to handle MS Office (Word, Excel, Presentation) efficiently.
Basic knowledge of Email, the Internet, and application software.
Other duties as assigned by higher authority
Job Specification
Minimum having 1 years work experience in relevant field
Strong command over English and Nepali Language speaking and typing
Good communication skills
A complete knowledge of MS Office
Must be good in computer and preference for Nepali typing
