Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. .
Answering phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary.
Take down all the messages, call back immediately if customer’s call has been left unattended due to any reason.
Proactively participate in the new product’s explanation.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Maintain records of each walk in customers, every phone inquiries and report timely to the manager.
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material. Maintain the standees with updated brochures and price list.
Keeping professional ambiance around front desk making it free from other staff members.
