Job Description

Answer incoming telephone call, determine the purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.

• Greet visitors/guests professionally, and determine their nature and purpose of visit.Direct and accompany visitors/guests to appropriate destination or waiting rooms.

1. Collect, sort, distribute and prepare emails, letters and courier deliveries.

• Schedule appointments, maintaining & updating calendars, and reminding the respective personnel of the appointments.
• Performing clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, printing, documentation management, couriers,etc

• Co-ordinate with the Team Leader, Manager and other office staffs to accomplish any official tasks and make future plans.

Job Specification

1. Good Command over English & Nepali Language. Knowledge of Newari language shall be additional advantage.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Basic Knowledge of MS Office Applications like word, excel etc.
• Able to type in Nepali will be given preference.
• Experience  as a Receptionist is preferable. Fresher's can apply as well.
