- Procuring new retail clients and partners through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Research and connect with prospective clients on the field
- Search, recruit and manage the pool of Field Agents working in different locations.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Negotiating with partners to secure the most attractive prices and deals.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes through approval from the respective department.
- The candidate should also be detail-oriented, committed to meeting tight deadlines, eagerness to learn new things, and be able to work under pressure.
- Fulfill different tasks as required by higher management to support the business in the Province
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or non-degree holders with prior sales and marketing experience.
- 1-2 years of working experience in sales and marketing for FMCG companies or distributors or suppliers in the Province 2 region.
- Currently residing/working in any one of these districts in Province 2 – Parsa/Bara/Rautahat/Siraha/Saptari/Mahottari/Dhanusa/Sarlahi
- Must own a motorbike and a driver’s license to travel around.
- Good PR and network with local suppliers, dealers, and retail outlets.
- Partner’s onboarding and deal-closing experience.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Computer operating skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop, and learn new skills.
- Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Positive pro-active attitude towards work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
