International Himalayan Hospitality and Hotel Pvt.Ltd an associate of the owning companies of Fairfield by Marriot Kathmandu and Marriott Kathmandu Hotel is seeking to recruit competent, determined, self-motivated, and enthusiastic candidates for the following positions based in Kathmandu to set up an international standard trendy design hotel managed by Marriott International. The candidates will be involved in the project during the construction phase of the Moxy Hotel. The prospective candidates must meet the following criteria.
Position: Project Manager
Should have completed B.E (M.E preferable)
At least 10 years of work experience in building and /or construction management
Should possess excellent communication skills and should be able to co-ordinate works with the MEP,HVAC interior teams and other stakeholders of the project
Must be able to analyze, understand and implement schematic drawings, layouts in an efficient manner
Coordinating all site Civil, MEP and Interior Activities at Site
