Programme Manager Senior Level

Job Description

• Discussing requirements with the client and other professionals (e.g architects)
• Complete site supervision
• Bill calculation/estimation
• Consulting with client and consultant
• Judging whether projects are workable by assessing materials, costs and time requirements
• Make a periodic report about the status of the visit and submit to the authorities
• Required to visit various Construction Sites, Projects and Institutions engaged in Construction
• Develop detailed programmes for the coordination of site activities
• Co-ordinate and manage the technical team
• Working alongside civil engineers, structural engineers, architects and surveyors, use the technical skills to make sure that building sites are fit for purpose
• Being the main technical adviser on a construction site where you will set out, survey and level the building site
• Compile estimates for technical and material requirements for project development
• responsible for planning, marking out and levelling construction sites before any construction work takes place
• Check plans and drawings to ensure all calculations are accurate
• Making sure the work performed and materials used are as specified in the contract
• Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time
• Maintain detailed documentation of all site engineering activities

Job Specification

• In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, road, and design
• Proficient in the use of computer aided design (CAD) software
• Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Active listening and verbal communication skills
• At Least 2 years of experience in construction company
• Bachlor in Civil Engineer
