Job Description

How does the Job look like?

1. Responsible for meeting the production target
2. Supervise the Assembly Line workers (30-60) at a time.
3. Makes recommendations about ways to improve employee efficiency and reduce costs
4. Coordinate with other departments for efficient operation
5. Develop and implement production policies and procedures
6. Communicate expectations to production workers and manage their performance
7. Check manufacturing equipment and control points to ensure efficient workflow is maintained
8. Reporting on team performance to the stakeholders
9. Counsel and discipline production employees who fail to perform or violate company policies

Job Specification

1. Should be from Electronic and communication engineering background
2. Should have experience of managing people (at least 10-20 subordinates/ factory workers)
3. Should be willing to work in shift basis(Morning or Evening)
