Supply Assistant-1(pos)

Post Title: Supply Assistant  Post Level: General Services (GS-5)

Appointment Type: Fixed-Term  Post Location: Kathmandu

 

Purpose of the post:

The Supply Assistant will ensure accurate and timely processing of procurement requisitions (Sales Orders), supports procurement and contracting processes including drafting of tender documents, purchase orders/contracts and

General Requirements:

Your profile for the post:

  • Completion of secondary education. Training in Supply & Logistics field desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in procurement or other administrative function in a commercial working environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package, in particular Excel and Word, with a sound knowledge of Excel based analytical tools. Previous experience of SAP is an asset.

  • The candidate must have excellent written and spoken English/Nepali language.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships, both within and outside the organization.
