BE (Automobile/Mechanical)/B Tech ,MBA (Preferred) with the experience of 5 Years or above in Auto-Repair Center as a Supervisor/Head of Service.
To ensure the service department operates to the highest possible standards at all times delivering value for money for the customers and excellent training opportunities for the employees.
Ensure well-functioning of all the tools, equipment’s/ machine and the asset of the workshop and notify for the maintenance/repair as required.
Monitoring the day to day/operational activity in the service center ensuring the functional activity of the all concerned department.
To ensure that all vehicle repair and other work is carried out within an operational framework and to a standard that meets or exceeds all relevant legislation, good practice guidelines and delivers first class customer service.
Handling of the customers if they feels dissatisfied with service and quality .
Ensuring of meeting objectives, ensuring CSI targets and operating standards are achieved.
Discuss and identify manufacturer's warranty, routine service and repair requirements with customers, obtaining background information to assist specialist personnel in diagnosis-testing-inspecting.
Accept payments for work according to Company policy.
To ensure price lists and charge out rates are kept up to date at all times.
Assist and forecast spare parts order for the outlet.
To ensure that all work carried out in the workshop is of the highest standard.
Ensure the status about the pending vehicle in the workshop and plan/suggest to update those vehicles as quick as possible.
To ensure the role assigned for all colleagues are followed with needful counseling on regular basis.
