Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with clients and agencies and maintaining them over time
Coordinate in planning and execution of advertising policies and strategies for organizations
Direct and supervise subordinates to achieve departmental objectives. Provide training and guidelines to the departmental staff to increase the work performance and productivity.
Create MIS reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

Qualification:
Master Degree in Management or equivalent
6 years of experience in the field of Marketing in a Managerial role
Requirement/skills:
Must exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to supervise and train team members, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
Ability to develop, plan, and implement short term and long term goals
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals and agencies
Proven administrative, leadership and management ability in the areas of Marketing
Ability to devise and implement strategic development and resource plan
Highly developed and demonstrated teamwork skills
