Job Description

Collaborates with Country Manager in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goal for the company.

Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet company objective.

Visits different sectors like Hotels, Banks, Resorts, Hospitals and various others within that area and generate sales.

Approach various outlets, suitable shops (hardware/ electrical/showroom) to make more and more dealers.

Generate ideas for the brand promotion like finding out places for Hoarding boards, TV Ad, FM Ad, Newspaper Ad etc.

Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue stream.

Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.

Report on a daily basis to Country Manager regarding the daily updates of sales, exceed in a number of dealers etc.
Job Specification

Bachelor Degree.

Preferable 2 years of experience in handling sales & marketing division on managerial position Knowledge of Products, Negotiation & Convincing skills
-
Soft-spoken, good command over written & spoken English & Nepali Language.

Having Own Vehicle preferred.
