Job Purpose:
This position will require overall coordination with all stakeholders, in the respective area/region in accordance to the ENSSURE programme document to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the projects’ activities, develop coordination, program monitoring and evaluation and feedback mechanism in collaboration with central PSU, training providers, and partner industries and Industry association/local chambers, collaborate and network with area based PIU/CTEVT, NSTB, District Education Offices and other stakeholders/partners for the smooth implementation of the various activities of the Project.
Reporting to: Capacity building specialist
Required Education, Experience and Social competence: Master degree in Business Management or in any relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years’ of working experience in project/programme implementation with 2 years of working experience in a TEVT sector with similar position/s, working experience with industry associations/chambers will be an advantage.
