Job Description
This position requires fluency in Nepali & English, both written and verbal. We encourage local people of Nepal to apply for this position.
Main responsibility areas:

Manage product, service or system development projects following Ncell project governance and methodology

Manage business process improvement projects
-
Define the project scope and clarify requirements

Select, build and lead project team and assist stakeholders
-
Develop project plan, budget and schedule following defined project KPIs
-
Manage stakeholders expectations to maximize value for the business

Manage project constraints, changes and project risks in accordance with defined project metrics
-
Monitor and report the project progress and status
Your qualification and experience:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
-
3 and more years of experience in project management
Your Profile:

Experience in managing business process development/improvement projects
-
Able to lead project team working on business critical complex projects
-
Capable to manage and proactively influence relevant stakeholders
-
Business minded, structured, result oriented and have a proven ability to work with people as a leader in a cross-functional work environment

Confident as a project manager and have a high degree of self-esteem

Understand the importance of proper project planning & delivering on time, budget & quality

Fluent in English, both written and verbal
