Job Description:
Under the supervision and close coordination with PNCC management and donor agencies, Coordinator will be responsible for overall management and implementation of project activities and organizational development activities as need.

Duties and Responsibilities :
ï‚· Planning, Implementation, monitoring and supervision of the overall activities under the project.
ï‚· Prepare annual, quarterly work plan, budget plan and implement it as per scheduled plan
ï‚· Prepare the progress reports as per partnership contract requirement and represent the project in the review meetings.
ï‚· Advocacy, coordination and communication on migrant workers issues and issues identified during case support with the government and concerned stakeholders
ï‚· Coordinate with all staffs under the project in the centre office of PNCC.
ï‚· Ensure all the cases and documented as referred by the information centers from various districts.
ï‚· Work in close coordination with concerning stakeholders, government bodies, donor agencies and PNCC management.
ï‚· Coordinate to support to destitute Nepalese migrant workers in destination countries as referred by sources.
ï‚· Monitor and supervise the progress of the activities on the basis of the work plans and action plans.
ï‚· Design proposal for new agreement and raise the partnership to concerning agencies

Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies
ï‚· Minimum Master’s degree in a Social Science/Law/Human Rights and related field
ï‚· Minimum 5 years of experiences on project coordination, management and implementation.
ï‚· Knowledge of migration and human rights issue, and willingness to learn about foreign employment, remittance and social and legal dimensions of migration
ï‚· Experience of national and international advocacy and lobby
ï‚· Excellent coordination, communication, analytical and report writing skills
ï‚· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
ï‚· Fluency in Nepali and English
