POST: Program Development Officer (PDO)-1
Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent is primarily responsible to work as Health and Sanitation and Women Technical Support Service (WTSS) Specialist. S/he strengthens the HSE component of projects. This position is also responsible to insure the compliance of Gender and Social Inclusion related policies, Social Accountability Programme Activities of the Fund Board at SO/SA and community level. Assessing the capability of SO/SA on gender and social inclusion and helping them to develop their capacity is also one of the core responsibilities of this position. H/She will be responsible for reporting to Chief of Human Resource/Programme Development Division and will be liable to him.
Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Science or Commerce or Management from a recognized University.
Work Experience: H/She must have at least 5 (five) years work experience relevant to the assignment of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Programs or rural development including at least 2 (two) years work experience in projects with demand led participatory approaches including conducting various trainings.
