The Company renders entire Merchant banking services like; Issues management, Underwriting, Registrar to shares, Depository participant, Corporate advisory and Portfolio management. Educational Qualification:

• Masters Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized University.
• Age not more than 35 years.
• This is a key position in the Business Development / Accounts unit of the Company and requires higher level of understanding about Nepalese capital market.
• Candidates having prior experience in Investment / Merchant Banking operations shall be preferred.

Essential Criteria:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English & Nepali.
• Sound knowledge in computer and skill to operate Pa software for Merchant Bankers is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skill.
• Should posses at least 4 years experience in Merchant Banking and related job.
• Knowledge of existing regulations, current Merchant banking trends, market scenarios, Merchant Banking & Banking laws etc.
