POST: Office Assistant/Secretary -1
Duties and Responsibilities: The incumbent is responsible to provide secretarial assistance to the designated divisions/units. Support the unit team in the preparations of documents, reports related to the functions of the divisions/units. H/She should also take the responsibility of typing as and when needed. Perform other works as per office need. H/She will be responsible for reporting to Chief of Administration Division.
Academic Qualification: Intermediate level pass
Work Experience: H/She must have at least 2 (two) years work experience relevant to the assignment. Should have skills in secretarial task, in computer in MSWord, spreadsheet, PowerPoint as well as typing in English and Nepali are must.
