Post-graduate degree in international relations, political science, international development, governance and public policy, social sciences, evaluation or a related subject. Minimum 3 years’ experience in evaluations. Previous experience in conducting or supporting evaluations, and a solid understanding on the use of evaluation methodologies. Previous experience working for the UN is an asset and the fluency in written and spoken Nepal and English is essential.
