Tetra Tech ARD is accepting expressions of interest from qualified candidates for the upcoming USAID Nepal program: Program for Aquatic Natural Resources Improvement (PANI). PANI is a five-year biodiversity conservation and climate change adaptation activity that will enhance Nepal’s ability to manage water resources for multiple uses and users through climate change adaptation and the conservation of freshwater biodiversity. The focus will be at the watershed, basin, and national scales. PANI will be implemented with a focus on the Karnali, Mahakali, and Rapti river basins in the Mid-Western and Far Western Development Regions of Nepal. QUALIFICATIONS:
*Undergraduate degree in relevant field required for management positions;
*Advanced degree preferred;
*Assistant and support positions may substitute years of experience for a degree.
*A minimum of 5 years’ experience in one of the desired areas required for positions within management;
*Less than 5 years will be considered for assistant or support positions.
*Prior experience working on donor-funded development projects in Nepal or South East Asia preferred.
*English proficiency required; Nepali proficiency preferred (translators will be proficient in both).
