Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Sociology Background)

Duties and Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the overall Monitoring and Evaluation of RWSSIP activities of the Fund Board. He/she will work under the Monitoring and Evaluation Division Chief and report him directly. He/she will monitor the appropriateness of the indicators used in monitoring and suggest changes as necessary. He/she will assist the Operations/Monitoring and Evaluation Division Chief to prepare the Terms of Reference and engage the selected Service Agencies for undertaking monitoring and evaluation works. He/she will assist Monitoring and Evaluation Division Chief in reviewing and identifying relevant training and communication materials and recommend usetul materials in training to be provided to the SOs staffs and communities in the field. H/She will be responsible for reporting CME to DED and will be liable to him and then through him to ED.

Academic Qualification:

S/he must have Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from recognized national or foreign University.

Work Experience:
