Job Description

• Researching and evaluating new product opportunities,demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights
• Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company objectives.
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions. competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as needed
• Overseeing all marketing, advertising, and promotional staff and activities

Requirement

• Approximately 3-5 years of experience in Marketing (Broadcast Media preferred)
• Highly developed. demonstrated teamwork skills.
• Ability to coordinate the efforts of a large team of diverse creative employees.
• Experience managing external PR and communication consulting firms and contractors.
• Ability to lead in an environment of constant change.
• Experience in the global marketplace is a plus.
